Alongside basic services like daily cleaning and inspection, we also provide renovation and house-cleaning services. Around 85% of our front desk staff are registered professionals who have passed Japan's national qualification for condominium management companies. All direct feedback from our residents are conveyed to our product planning and construction teams, and used in the development of our condominiums.
